I use Zoom for Audio/Video component of my games. I use Foundry VTT as the virtual table. There will be no need to incur any extra costs on your behalf.
The only player requirements are a PC that can run Zoom and also a Chrome based browser with hardware acceleration enabled to connect to Foundry.

DnD5e using official Curse of Strahd and Vecna: Eve of Ruin campaigns, as well as my Lord of the Rings Roleplaying from Free League Publishing homebrew (Middle Earth is a passion of mine) . I also will be starting Alien RPG sometime soon.
I am a one man show, but bring music and affects to accentuate my game and Foundry as a VTT is an excellent and very “point and click” user experience that fully integrates with DnD Beyond characters, making importing your Beyond character very easy.

My group has had a great campaign, running through Curse of Strahd with this awesome Dungeon Master! His resources are top notch, his improv on-point for when the party got distracted, his knowledge of the rules exquisite, and he added a flair of homebrew to keep things personal with the group. We never felt railroaded and were able to explore the world with only gentle reminders-such as if we had a time frame to work with. I cannot recommend him highly enough!
