Adventure Overview
300 Years have passed since the Cataclysm, when Krynn was torn asunder. Ages of struggle followed, and while the peoples of Krynn survived, the world itself was never the same. In the current day, the world is once again content in its place; however, contentment leaves itself open to missing certain events happening in the world. Dragon Armies. Legions of devotees of Takhisis. Chaos abound.
The War of the Lance has begun, and the fate of the world hangs in the balance. Will you answer the call?
Session Type
This is an ongoing campaign, which will run 2-3 hours weekly, on Sundays. It may take some time to get a party together, so if you’re interested, sign up, and I can put you on hold until we are ready to go!

What do you need for this campaign?
A web browser (we will use Foundry VTT), and Zoom for video and audio online connections, and an account on D&D Beyond. All accounts are free to make.
What about my character?
You can make a first level character of your choosing. Once you sign up, I’ll invite you to a D&D Beyond campaign, and I can get you get your character setup. If need be we can coordinate before the session if you need some help!
But I’m new to D&D! Is that ok?
Yes! I cater to both experienced and new players! My job is to make sure you have a good time.

If you have any questions please contact me via the message icon above. You should receive a link to my Discord upon signing up for a game. I’ll be in contact with you within 24 hours on what you’ll need to get started. As mentioned above, we’ll work on building your character (and background if you desire!) and review what you’ll need to know regarding tech.
As someone who hasn’t played in 20 years, Josh made it very simple and fun while learning the new edition. His preparation and flexibility for scheduling was very helpful and professional. Due to the limited number of players in the learning campaign, Josh played the role of DM and all NPC characters with varying accents, back stories, and actions. I would recommend Josh for any game/campaign you’re looking to play.

Ran a superb mini campaign to introduce a friend to D&D. It was her first time playing and he balanced learning the mechanics with engaging story and kept both beginner and veteran players engaged! Can not recommend him enough!

This was my first D&D game (campaign?) and I couldnt have asked for a better introduction! Josh gave an amazing rundown of the basics and created a comfortable and welcoming environment for random questions that popped up. Couldn't recommend Josh more!
Guy came out the gate with the PowerPoint slides. He clearly cares about the game and has a story to tell. And with that he's flexible, communicative, and generally just not a dick. Games are a safe creative space and 10 out of 10, good time.
Josh is a great dm. he understands the game very well and the games he runs are fascinating and interesting. If ever I get the chance to play in once of his games I sure will take the opportunity.
Josh makes the game really accessible and enjoyable and makes sure everyone is engaged. I learned a ton and he was very patient in answering all of my questions. It also happened to be a lot of fun, thanks to his style and approach. Highly recommend!
