I was sitting in study hall during 10th grade and noticed some guys fiddling with dice and strange looking books. A D&D fanatic – me – emerged from that chance encounter, and those other weirdos and I still play online every week, some 30 years later. I am ready to venture into the role of virtual Dungeon Master and I am excited to get started.
These days, I am a high school English teacher and the D&D Club Co-Sponsor. My wife, daughter, and I live in small town America, regularly attend church, and dream of vacation days. I am something of an amateur pirate aficionado, and many of my campaigns will have a nautical theme. I am obsessed with mind flayers, sea deities, pirates, and pretty much anything wielding tentacles or rapiers. My avatar is an Aberrant Mind, Dwarf, Sorcerer, not surprisingly, named Tentacles. He pops up here and there in my adventures.
