Introduction
Hello and welcome to my page! My name is Scot, but my friends call me “Maggs”, and I am a Kentuckian living in Southbourne, England. A crazy combo I know! But, someone had to do it. Most of my games will be schedule based on UK/EU friendly times, which would mostly equate to afternoon times in the U.S.A.
I have played TTRPG’s for more than 30 years now. My teenage friends and I began with Advanced D&D (1e) and I have been in love with the game ever since. Most of those years I have had the fortune of being “behind the screen” as the Game Master. Over the past five years I have honed my skills on line, offering digital games to all levels of players.
I love running a very balanced game including tactical and challenging battle, exploration and investigation, and, of course, a healthy serving of role playing.
I believe that the adventure, whether with a group of new players, or a savvy seasoned band of RPG’ers, is a story we will build together. There is no more fulfilling adventure than weaving a fun character backstory into the narrative.

Playing with Scott has been such great fun and I look forward to every session knowing that it’ll be filled with action and adventure around every turn! The way the he manages to build a world around you and has you so deeply invested you feel a really connection to the game and the characters! I started playing with Scott for just a simple one shot and after the one shot our whole party agreed that we’d needed to carry on, we could stop there, that’s all thanks to Scotts immense story telling!! Writing the looking forward to our next session!!!

I stared playing with this DM a few months ago as I was so impressed with my first one shot. I'm now part of a campaign and am loving it. I wanted my wife to have a one shot experience to see if she would enjoy it and thanks the world building, immersion, skill and warmth of Scotland, my wife loves it as much as I do now. I can only recommend.

I have to say I was nervous to begin with as it was my first time playing DND but Scot was amazing. I was a bit worried I'd be asking too many questions as I didn't really know too much about it but Scot encouraged me to expand my knowledge and answered every question I had and also guided me on certain decisions along the way. As my knowledge grew he stepped back a little and let me make a few of my own mistakes. He's very knowledgeable, patient and overall a pleasure to have as a DM.

Having struggled to find a welcoming, supportive way for a beginner to play D & D, I was over the moon to find not only this website, but the fantastic DM that is Maggs. He is warm, funny and encouraging, and - for a beginner - blended lore, adventure, suspense and a bit of training/confidence-building into an engaging one shot that left me thinking a) I can do this and b) I can't wait to see what's next for my dragonborn Paladin, who has now uncovered what's next in her destiny... Thank you so much, Maggs. This one-shot lifted me up! Can't wait to keep playing.

Scot what a one shot that was, A very gripping story with good laughs throught, would also like to say the creation of a custom mini token going into deatil of race and class was an amazing touch . Will be returning again for more dnd playthroughs
I have played a few campaigns with Scot and have really appreciated how patient he was teaching me the game, and the mechanics of the online systems. He was also very entertaining and quite funny! I will definitely be going back to enjoy more gaming with Scot.
